Welcome to Core, operated by Core Energy Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Core platform at core-energy.io — including DDT Core, the Nuclear Marketplace, and Core Networking Hub — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Please read these terms carefully before using the platform. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use Core.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of the Core platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you are using Core on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Services

The Core platform provides the following core services:

  • DDT Core (Data Diagnostic Tool): An AI-powered research and intelligence assistant for the nuclear energy industry.
  • Nuclear Marketplace: A directory for discovering and connecting with suppliers of nuclear equipment, components, and materials. Core does not directly facilitate transactions.
  • Core Networking Hub: A professional social network for nuclear energy industry stakeholders, enabling connections (Bonds), posts (Pulses), direct messaging (Cells), and organisation pages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or the entire platform at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

  • You must register for an account to access platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your profile up to date.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@core-energy.io if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Core platform to:

  • Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, or illegal
  • Impersonate any person, company, or entity
  • Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform by automated means without our written consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, its servers, or databases
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
  • Use DDT Core to generate content intended to deceive, manipulate markets, or misrepresent scientific data
  • Spam other users via the messaging or networking features
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation

Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities.

5. DDT Core — AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

DDT Core generates responses using artificial intelligence based on curated nuclear industry documents and market data. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • DDT Core responses are provided for informational and research purposes only and do not constitute professional, financial, legal, or technical advice.
  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You should independently verify any information before making business or investment decisions.
  • Core is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken in reliance on DDT Core-generated content.
  • DDT Core query limits may apply based on your subscription tier.

6. Marketplace Listings

The Nuclear Marketplace is a listing directory. Core does not participate in, warrant, or take responsibility for any transaction between buyers and sellers. Specifically:

  • We do not verify the accuracy of product listings, pricing, or availability.
  • We do not act as a broker, agent, or intermediary in any commercial transaction.
  • Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings and fulfilment of any agreements made with buyers.
  • We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these terms at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Core platform is the property of Core Energy Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and post. By posting content, you grant Core Energy Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and use that content solely for operating and improving the platform.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Core platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Core Energy Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Core Energy Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pasco County, Florida.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
